Terms of Service
The short version. YourDosh is software that helps you, the business owner, recover money you're owed — it generates letters and documents and sends them in your name. We are not a law firm, we don't give legal advice, and we're not a debt collection agency acting on your behalf. You stay in control, and you're responsible for the debts you pursue through the platform. The full terms are below.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", the business or person who registers an account) and the operator of YourDosh. By creating an account, paying for a service, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use YourDosh.
1.Who we are
YourDosh is operated by Ryanchow Pty Ltd (ABN 99 100 901 488), trading as "YourDosh", a Beeswax business ("we", "us", "our"). YourDosh is available at your-dosh.com. You can reach us at [email protected].
2.What YourDosh is (and isn't)
YourDosh is a self-help software tool. It helps Australian businesses pursue overdue debts by generating documents — letters of demand, statutory demands, small claims and court forms, payment reminders and similar materials — and by helping you send them, track responses, and decide what to do next.
To be clear about what we are not:
- We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal services or legal advice. No solicitor–client relationship is created by your use of YourDosh. Information, recommendations, risk scores, guides and AI answers on the platform are general in nature only.
- We are not a debt collection agency or a collection agent acting for you. YourDosh does not collect debts on your behalf and does not take a commission. Every document is generated for you and is sent in your name, as the creditor. You are the principal in all dealings with your debtor; we are the software you use to do the work yourself.
- We don't guarantee you'll recover anything. Whether a debtor pays depends on facts we don't control — chiefly whether they have the money or assets to pay.
3.Eligibility & your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and acting for a business based in Australia.
- You must have the authority to pursue the debts you enter — that is, you are the creditor, or you are properly authorised by the creditor to act in respect of the debt.
- You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You agree the information you give us about your business is true, current and complete.
4.Your responsibilities
Because the documents go out in your name and the debt is yours to pursue, you carry the legal responsibility for how you use YourDosh. You agree that:
- The debt is genuine and owed. You warrant that the debts you pursue are real, accurate, legally owing, not statute-barred, and not the subject of a genuine dispute you haven't disclosed.
- You'll review everything before it's sent. You are responsible for checking that every letter, demand or form is correct and appropriate for your situation before you send it or file it.
- You'll comply with the law. You will follow all laws that apply to recovering a debt, including the ASIC/ACCC Debt Collection Guideline: for collectors and creditors, the Australian Consumer Law, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the rules of any court or tribunal you deal with. You will not harass, threaten, mislead, or unduly pressure a debtor, and you will respect contact-frequency and contact-hour limits.
- You have the right to the data you enter. You will only enter personal information about a debtor that you are entitled to hold and use for the purpose of recovering the debt.
- You won't use YourDosh for any unlawful purpose, to pursue a debt you know isn't owed, or in a way that could damage, disable or overburden the platform.
5.Documents & AI-generated content
YourDosh uses templates and artificial intelligence (including third-party AI models) to draft letters, assess risk, and suggest next steps. This content is generated automatically and is general in nature. It may contain errors, may not fit your specific circumstances, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor.
You must review, and are responsible for, any document before it is sent, served or filed. Court and tribunal forms in particular have strict requirements that change between states and over time. If your matter is significant, contested, or you're unsure, get advice from a solicitor before you act.
6.Fees & payment
- YourDosh charges fixed fees per action or pack, shown to you before you pay. We do not take a commission or a percentage of what you recover.
- Fees are stated in Australian dollars and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of GST. Government and court filing fees are separate and are paid by you directly to the relevant court or agency.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). By paying, you authorise the relevant charge and agree to the payment provider's terms. We don't store your full card details.
- Refunds. Because our service is the generation of documents and is typically delivered immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a document has been generated or sent. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll work it out fairly.
7.Third-party services
YourDosh relies on third-party providers to function — for example, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, AI text generation, and cloud hosting and storage. Your use of those underlying services through YourDosh is also subject to their terms. We aren't responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, but we choose them carefully and only share what's needed to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for who they are and what they handle.
8.Intellectual property
The YourDosh platform, its design, software, templates and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform and the documents it generates for your own debt-recovery purposes. The completed documents generated for your specific matter are yours to use for that matter. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our templates or the platform itself.
9.No legal advice & no guarantee of outcome
This is the important bit, so we'll say it plainly. YourDosh gives you tools and general information, not legal advice. We don't guarantee that any letter, demand or claim will result in payment, that a document is suitable for your particular situation, or that you'll succeed in court. Debt recovery has limits — if a debtor has no money and no assets, no document will change that. You make your own decisions about whether and how to pursue a debt.
10.Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourDosh is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all warranties that aren't expressly set out in these Terms.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
Subject to those rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of an opportunity to recover a debt, or loss arising from your reliance on a generated document or AI output; and our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with YourDosh is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any loss, claim or cost we suffer arising from your use of YourDosh in breach of these Terms or the law — including pursuing a debt that isn't owed, contacting a debtor unlawfully, or sending a document you didn't have the right to send.
12.Suspension & termination
You can stop using YourDosh and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or use it unlawfully. We may also discontinue features or the service itself; where practical we'll give you reasonable notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as fees owed, IP, disclaimers, liability and indemnity) will survive.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice on the site or emailing you. Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
14.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
